June 25, 2013: Yesterday the Fear and Greed Index on the CNNMoney web site1
registered a very low, extreme fear level of 12 (on a scale of
0 to 100 with 0 maximum fear and 100 maximum greed.) Today it has
recovered to 17, up significantly, but still in the "Extreme Fear" red
