August 20, 2013:  This Monday, Ticker Sense1 Blogger Sentiment fell to where only 23.08% of participants were bullish. Below is my current plot of bulls over bulls plus bears vs. the market for the Ticker Sense Sentiment Poll.

Record Bull Low = 12.5% on June 27, 2013:   "Ticker Sense Blogger Sentiment vs. S&P500 - Record Lows!"
"Only 12.5% of bloggers are bullish which is the lowest level on record (since July 2006).  Second only to 13.2% in March 2007 and 14.3% in September 2011."
