April 7, 2015: The median sales price for a single-family home in Los Altos, California (USA) gained 12.9% in 2014 to reach a level of 2.37 million dollars!  The growth rate actually slowed from 2013 when the median price gained 15.1%.
  • The compound annual return for home prices since 1998 was 8.6%
  • The total change for Los Altos home prices since 1998 was 282% or nearly 4 times your money!
  • If recent sales figures I've seen are any indication, we're probably up 4 times or 300% through March 2015.
