DIA - SPDR Dow Jones
Industrial Average ETF Trust DIA seeks to replicate, net of
expenses, the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA). The fund holds the
portfolio and cash. The portfolio consists of as many of index
securities as is practicable. To maintain the correspondence between
the composition and weightings of stocks held by the trust and
component stocks of the DJIA, the trustee is required to adjust the
composition of the portfolio whenever there is a change in the identity
of any index security within three business days before or after the
day on which the change is scheduled to take effect, As of Dec.
4, 2012, the annual expense ratio for DIA is 0.17%.
