Bottom Line:  My girlfriend is always asking me to sharpen her kitchen knives so I may buy one of these for myself as an early Christmas present and do all the knives we own at one time.

October 24, 2013:  This review was written by my friend, Harvey Correia, a farmer at Correia Chestnut Farm who writes often on Facebook about cutting and grafting trees, especially fig trees.
I like my knives to be very sharp. I've used wet stones, diamond stones, etc. but saw this video earlier this year and have been waiting for it to come out.
