Bottom Line:  My girlfriend is always asking me to sharpen her kitchen knives so I may buy one of these for myself as an early Christmas present and do all the knives we own at one time.

I like my knives to be very sharp. I've used wet stones, diamond stones, etc. but saw this video earlier this year and have been waiting for it to come out.

  •  I've sharpened my pocketknife, a grafting knife, and three kitchen knives and love the job it has done so I am recommending it to those that want sharp knives and are willing to spend about $135 (when on sale) or so for a tool to do a great job.
